What industries do you specialise in?

I work with beauty, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle brands — especially those that offer premium, purpose-driven products. If your brand values intentionality, aesthetics, and emotional connection, we’re likely a good fit.

How long does a typical design project take?

Most brand identity or packaging projects take around 4–5 weeks, depending on scope, revisions, and how quickly feedback is shared. Timelines are always clearly communicated and mutually agreed upon before we begin.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. The standard payment structure is:
50% upfront to secure your booking
50% on final delivery
That said, I’m happy to discuss flexible plans depending on your project needs — just mention it in your enquiry.

Is my initial deposit refundable?

No. The deposit secures your place in my schedule and covers the time I begin investing in research and preparation. For this reason, it is non-refundable.

How many logo concepts and revisions are included?

You’ll receive 1–2 logo concepts, based on our approved direction. After you choose the preferred direction, 2 rounds of refinements are included to fine-tune it.

What if I want extra revisions?

No problem! Additional revision rounds beyond what’s included are available at a set hourly rate — which I’ll share upfront if needed.

How will the final assets be delivered?

All final files are delivered in a shared folder via your private client portal — organised and ready to use. You’ll receive the final link during the last phase of our project.
